Zeus Group was founded by Eyal O.Paz, who started his journey into the business world as a fitness trainer in 2011.

His first company, “Trainers for Results”, which focused on connecting trainers with trainees, reached over 600 trainers nationwide within its first two years of operation.

Around 2016, Eyal turned his attention to the world of real estate in the United States.
Mentored under Robert Shamin, Eyal learned from the best of the best. He started getting into deals on his own, first with private units and later with residential buildings, slowly building his expertise and network of connections.

Then in 2018, he founded Zeus Group which offers investors a solid, hassle-free yield with collateral-backed risk management.
Expert investors understand that a deal’s strength lies in its collateral, not its yield.
“As far as I’m concerned, if a bank is involved in a deal, then there’s no security, since it’s the bank who owns the collateral, not the investors.”

That’s why in our model, it’s the investors who provide the mortgage, hence they’re the collateral owners!
